I found the hotel to be a great choice with its convenient location near everything in the greater Knoxville area. The rooms were comfy, but I was a bit disappointed not to find white socks on the value. The staff was accommodating, yet there was a slight hiccup with my reservation. The hotel is conveniently located close to the softball fields we were playing on and within reach of various areas in middle eastern Tennessee. We didn't have to drive far as it was close to everything we needed, but it lacked a bit in some areas we explored.
